1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the MicroClass website, applications, classrooms, generation tools, sharing features and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by MicroClass ("MicroClass", "we", "us").
By signing in, requesting a one-time login code, creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not sign in or use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a school, company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Definitions
"Micro class" means any classroom, course, lesson or learning experience generated, produced, assembled or hosted on the Service, together with all of its parts: outlines, scenes, slides, text, narration scripts, synthesized speech and voices, quizzes and answer keys, interactive and animated visuals, images, charts, layouts, designs, metadata, and any modified, translated or derivative version of any of them.
"Creator" means the user who requests, prompts, configures, edits or pays for the generation of a micro class.
"User Materials" means the files, documents, text, prompts, images and other material that you upload or submit to the Service.
"Account" means the account you access through a verified phone number, email address, Google sign-in or other method we offer.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may hold only one personal account unless we allow otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your phone, email inbox and one-time codes secure, never share a login code with anyone, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. MicroClass staff will never ask you for your login code.
4. Ownership of micro classes
Every micro class is the exclusive property of MicroClass. This applies regardless of who requested, prompted, configured, edited, shared or paid for it. Creating a micro class, directing its content, or paying for its generation does not make you its owner, and does not give you any copyright, intellectual property or other proprietary right in it.
To the extent that any right, title or interest in a micro class, or in any part of it, arises in you under any law, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally transfer and assign it to MicroClass, worldwide, for the full duration of that right, without any further payment. You agree to sign any document reasonably requested to confirm this transfer.
Where the law treats certain rights as non-transferable, such as the moral rights recognized by the Law on the Protection of the Rights of Authors, Composers and Artists (1348), you agree not to assert those rights against MicroClass, its successors or its licensees, to the fullest extent the law allows.
MicroClass may host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, display, distribute, license and otherwise use any micro class, including to operate and improve the Service, for quality and safety review, and as examples or templates, subject always to our Privacy Policy. MicroClass will not publish a private micro class to the public in a form that identifies you or discloses your personal data.
Deleting a micro class or closing your account ends your access to it; it does not transfer ownership to you. We may retain or delete micro classes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Your license to use micro classes
Subject to these Terms and to any plan limits, MicroClass grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access, view, present and study the micro classes you create or that are shared with you, only inside the Service, and only for personal or internal educational purposes.
You may share a micro class only through the sharing features the Service provides, such as share links, collections and membership roles. People you share with receive the same limited license and are bound by these Terms.
Unless MicroClass gives prior written permission, you may not: download, copy, record, scrape, export or extract a micro class or any substantial part of it outside the features we provide; sell, resell, rent, license, publish or commercially exploit it; remove or hide MicroClass branding or notices; present it as your own original work outside the Service; or use it to train, test or improve any artificial intelligence model or competing service.
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms or if your account is suspended or closed.
6. Your materials
You keep ownership of your User Materials. You grant MicroClass a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, process, analyze, transform, translate and create derivative works from your User Materials, and to transmit them to our service providers, in order to operate the Service, generate and deliver micro classes, keep the Service safe, and improve it.
Because micro classes built from your User Materials belong to MicroClass, this license survives deletion of the User Materials and closure of your account to the extent it is needed for micro classes already created.
You confirm that you own, or have all necessary permissions for, your User Materials, and that uploading and processing them does not infringe any third party's rights or break any law or confidentiality obligation. Do not upload material you are not entitled to share, or other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
7. AI-generated content
Micro classes, narration, answers, grades, feedback and chat responses are produced with the help of artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or inappropriate for a particular learner, even when they sound confident.
AI output is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional. You are responsible for checking content before relying on it, presenting it to others, or using it for grading, certification or any important decision.
We apply content-safety controls, but they are not perfect. We may refuse, filter, modify or remove any request or content that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law, or is unsafe.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, share or request content or activity that is unlawful under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Computer Crimes Law (1388); that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights; that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening or violent; that sexualizes minors or is sexually explicit; or that promotes self-harm, fraud or illegal activity.
You must not: attempt to access accounts, classrooms or data that are not yours; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization; interfere with or overload the Service; bypass or manipulate billing, credit, plan limits, rate limits, content-safety controls or access controls; reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it; use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service outside our published interfaces; resell, share or transfer your account; impersonate any person; or misuse share links.
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with competent authorities where the law requires.
9. Plans, wallet and payments
Some features require a paid plan or wallet credit. Prices, credit costs and plan limits are shown in the Service at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Payments are processed through licensed payment gateways. We do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for any bank or gateway fees.
Wallet credit is personal to your account, has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money except where the law requires it. Generation and other paid features consume credit as shown in the Service. If a paid operation fails because of a fault on our side, the credit it used is returned to your wallet under the Service's own rules.
Your statutory rights under the Electronic Commerce Law (1382) and the Consumer Rights Protection Law (1388) are not affected by these Terms. Because generation and similar services are performed immediately at your request, your right to withdraw from a purchase ends once performance has begun, to the extent the law allows. To request a refund, contact us through the channels below.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.
We may suspend, restrict or close your account, remove content, or withhold access to micro classes, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for MicroClass or other users, misused payments or credit, or if the law or a competent authority requires it.
On termination, your license to use micro classes ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including ownership of micro classes, the license over your materials, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply.
11. Changes to the Service
The Service is evolving. We may add, change, limit or remove features, models, voices, plan contents or limits at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid feature you have already purchased.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or on every device, or that any content will be stored indefinitely. Keep your own copies of your User Materials.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all micro classes are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroClass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to MicroClass in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate MicroClass, its staff and its partners for any claim, loss, damage, penalty or reasonable cost, including legal fees, arising from your User Materials, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your use of the Service in a way these Terms do not allow.
14. MicroClass intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, generation pipeline, templates, voices, the MicroClass name and logo and all related marks, belongs to MicroClass and its licensors and is protected by law. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our name, logo or marks, or any right in the Service other than the limited licenses stated here.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when published on this page, with the date shown at the top. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the Service or by message.
If you continue to sign in or use the Service after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute amicably for at least 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, it will be referred to the competent judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization, merger or sale of the Service.
This document is published in Persian and English. If the two versions differ, the Persian version prevails.
